The last general assembly of the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe Association was held in Manchester, United Kingdom on the 23rd March 2011 at the site of the 7th Working Conference: The Chancellors Hotel. Two new institutional members were accepted:

• The Pharmaceutical Institute, Dept. Clinical Pharmacy, University of Bonn, Germany, represented by Dr. Oliver Schwalbe
• The Pharmacy department of the University of Brno, Czech Republic, represented by Alena Petrikova

The observership of the of Redsaf, represented by Aldo Alvarez from Peru during the General Assembly in Lisbon in 2010, was now confirmed.
